Good question you pose here, Erik. I am finding more and more awareness regarding this subject and am really trying to learn to turn my old ways of thinking around. It's incredible how we learn, isn't it? Some of us are late bloomers but at least we are blooming!
What a cute video!! I love it! Once upon a time I hated my job and when I got a transfer to another branch, I changed outwardly to this friendly can-do person. Suddenly everything was so much better! So I totally related to that "be the change you want to see".
