| Finally, there is someone whith some authority asking reasonable questions and getting reasonably pissed. Senator Leahy admonished Alberto Gonzales at yesterdays briefing on the treatment of Maher Arar. Arar is a Canadian citizen who was detained and sent to Syria where he was tortured on a regular basis for almost a year before being released uncharged. | |
