Are you getting used to habeas corpus being gone?
Posse Comitatus is joining it in the dark space between the Democrats and Republicans that is reality. Don't believe me. Read it for yourself at the Army Times!!!

I figured I would check with the HomelandSecurity.org. I found an article by Major Craig T. Trebilcock entitled, "The Myth of Posse Comitatus". You can read the article here.
Even if we accept that they are stomping all over Posse Comitatus, we should ask why they expect a need to use the military against U.S. citizens in civil unrest and crowd control. Is there something they are expecting?

Wow we got screwed as a Nation Today. I'll never vote for an incumbent again. My recommendations are dump your dollars and American stock. Take long positions in the Euro and ADR Receipts and forget about American investments for a while. Also start taking deductions on your Income Taxes. I always used to overpay, figuring, "aww let Uncle Sam have the extra cash".
Never again will I do that as its not Uncle Sam that gets the Money, its the Banks,Wall Street and Congress that take your tax dollars for their own use. We Need a Third National Party!
