You must have been a trouble maker. :) That was the term I kept hearing the police use when they were "interviewing" these kids.
When my brother and I moved to a new neighbor hood at ages 6 and 9, we were skating down a hill that had a sign that said no skateboarding. He was going so fast, he was getting the wobbles real bad. He managed to stay on, but had to fly through the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. Long story short, he hit a police car in the intersection.
I don't know that I had laughed that hard before...and maybe not since.
