At one point in time, I supported the idea of the National Debt Clock to raise the financial awareness of Americans.  Now, I think it is important that we turn the thing off.  Think of all the energy spent lighting up all those numbers.

She has made the original documents used to support her book available for review on line.  You can access them here.  These include declassified government files, historical letters, news articles, NGO reports and more.
