Join us in our efforts to remove fluoride from the drinking water in Austin.
When the City Council made its 1973 decision to add fluoride to the public water supply, it used data that is now known to be false.
Communities across the US are recognizing this public health debacle and are voting against fluoridation. Inform and mobilize Austinites to seek the end of water fluoridation of the city water we use to drink, cook, and grow our food.

Bethany sent me a new documentary from "Controlling Our Food". I find it is a good companion video for "The Future of Food". The description on the Google Video page:

I have been following Monsanto's activities and watching the exchange of employees between the FDA and Monsanto for over 20 years. I think that this one company is one of the greatest threats to humanity at the present time.
I had seen this video come through my file 5 or 10 times before I finally watched it. It's surreal, like a giant, giggling Jello mold full o' people. From the Trends in Japan blog:
